Assalamu Alaikum Orahmatullah.Greetings and congratulations to all of the .Today I will share new photography with everyone in this community. This is my first time posting photography in this committee. You must tell us how you like the rest through comments.
Today's lunch was fried with radish greens, and we made that fried with dry chilies. The fresh green color of the radish and the red hue of the dried chillies made a wonderful match. As the pungent smell of dry chilies wafted through the cooking process, it was clear that today's meal would be a little different.
The vegetables were first washed and cut into small pieces. Then dry chillies and little garlic are boiled in hot oil. As the chilies and garlic simmer, a wonderful spicy aroma permeates the entire room. The radish greens are then slowly fried, along with a pinch of salt. Fry well on low heat until the vegetables are a little soft.
At the end of cooking, a few broken pieces of dry chili are spread over the fritters. Eating this radish greens bhaji with hot rice, with a little ghee, it seemed that the taste of simple village cooking had returned again.
You can also try this simple but unique taste of radish bhaji. As easy as it is to cook, it tastes just as good.
