Important precautions to be taken during excruciating cold period.
Everyone out there, as we all preventing an occurrence is much more rational than looking for cure or solution after occurrences. So let's be more preventive than looking for controls
1. Do not sleep under the fan atleast during cold weather, do not sleep under the AC to avoid clogging of lipids in your aortal cycles that could lead to blocking of cardiac tissues and reduced function. The result of which is cardiac arrest.
2. If you live on a ceramic floor, always put on footwear (slippers) to avoid cold entering your body via the feet, and at bedtime, put on thick stockings till the day is warm enough to be engaged by approving health
3. Do away with cold liquid intake always go for warm drinks especially during winter 🍻.
4. Do not open your body(especially the chest region) because human body is porous and the hair strands is absorbable and fetch cold waves into the body systems.
5. Ogogoro and cigarettes do not relief of cold rather the smoke impairs and clog the arteries inhibiting the flow of blood components into the cardiac tissues.
6. Pass the aforesaid precaution your children, stay away from red meat and highly saturated and condensed fatty foods.
7. Stay away from anything that could complicate your body temperature regulation all in the quest of maintaining homeostasis.
8. Always put on cardigan sweater dress to ameliorate cold weather conditions and for normal internal regulations of body temperature.
9. Body temperature should always be put and regulated at optimum temperature of about 37C
10. Last but not least, if there is abnormal homeostatic balance in your body try to consult your physician at early period and as quickly as possible.
