Dental bleaching is a clinical approach and procedure that is employed in removing tooth stains or disclourations from either the internal or the external surface of a tooth.

The clinical treatment approach as to which type of bleaching to be employed on a case depends on the status and vitality of the tooth to be treated.

It is all about management of tooth stains and disclourations. The major objective of dental bleaching is to lighten the discolourations present in order for the tooth to appear naturally with its original colour or atleast very close to it.
