Milk is a substance usually white in colour and from a dairy or non dairy source. It is usually rich in healthy fat and protein and is safe for consumption.

In recent time there has been different dairy and non dairy products in our market and due to the economy situation of most countries especially in Africa, people tend to consider affordability which is very important.

But after this write-up, it would be better as well for people to consider health benefits while looking for affordability too.

1- Dairy milks
2- Non dairy milks
3- Non dairy creamers

1- Dairy Milks
These are milk products that are animal source and rich in protein, healthy fat and safe for consumption. Though these kinds of milk tends to contain lactose making them unsafe for individuals with lactose intolerance.

2- Non Dairy Milks
These are milk products from other sources other than animal sources, such as plant source which are safe for consumption and have greater health benefits compared to milk from any other source. They are as well safe for individuals with lactose intolerance.

3- Non Dairy Creamers
Last but not the least, synthetic creamers as the name implies, are NOT milk but are synthesized in a way to make them look like milk such that they can be substitute to healthy milk.

The fat in this creamers is trans fat.
Trans fat are the worst form of fat and are detriment for consumption. They are known to course heart diseases and failures when consumed which can lead to cardiac complications such as stroke and other terminal ailments.

Other ingredients in creamer include over-explored vegetable oil, glucose syrup and other additives which are not safe or fit for the body health.

Creamers are cheaper in market hence most people want to go for it

The worst part is that parents tends to use it for their children because it causes a drastic increase in weight because of the kind of fat in it. Though, it's not safe for their health.

It is better to get costlier product and dilute it rather than going for a big, cheap but dangerous products.
