The Norwegian Vikings migrated to Iceland towards 800s at a moment the ruling king of England was dealing with the Danish Vikings through combatants. In 930 AD , the Vikings living in Iceland set up the Althing which run like a parliamentary system. One of the Iceland Vikings called Eric the red sailed off west to Greenland in 983 AD. Greenland seems much bigger and colder than Iceland though not good for farming. Eric, the Viking who sailed off to Greenland had thought the name Greenland would attract framers to migrate there but not many Vikings went there.
