I took out my phone and focused on the sun for a while. Initially, I had been sitting under a tree, but I got up to prepare for photography. I set my phone on the grass and aimed at the sun to capture some nice images. Mornings are among my favorite times; they hold great significance for us. However, due to the phone’s limited quality, the photos didn’t turn out as well as I hoped. Still, I cherish the morning atmosphere.
I particularly love Kusuli Pitha, made from rice flour and typically fried in oil. These pithas are easy and quick to make, though they require some patience. The Nalen variety, flavored with jaggery, is especially cherished in winter. Everyone has their moments of joy, which they should savor. This time often allows us to manage our lives better.
A coconut-based dessert is a real treat for us. When making pitha, a unique joy fills us, accompanied by a sense of pleasure. It’s important that everything we do has a purpose, and with pitha, our main aim is to preserve our beautiful traditions and share our happiness.
