There are some things we should all keep an eye on in order to run a platform well. I have noticed that there are some users who are constantly abusing the opportunity and slowly bringing this platform to harm. This account is created to keep them away from those misdeeds. We will constantly manage this account by our team and identify and punish those involved in the following activities. What we will be doing is described below.

We fight against--

  • Plagiarism
  • Copyright
  • Abuse
  • Farming account
  • Spamming
  • Identity Theft
  • Copyright Infringement
  • Scamming or, any Financial fraud on blurt

None of us can complete the task alone with the responsibility to do this work. Therefore, if you see someone associated with any type of work described above, then definitely mention this ID. We will definitely go into the post from your mention and check the post thoroughly to see if what you reported is true. And it is very well I can say that your identity must be kept secret. Since your identity will be kept confidential, you can feel free to mention this account and provide any kind of report.

Keep Blurting Because BLURT Loves You.

It's all well and good that you want to fight abuse.

Just be sure that you don't become overzealous and start accusing everyone of abuse without proper evidence. Don't become a like Hive Watchers on Hive. We don't need that kind of toxicity on Blurt.

Be sure that you follow the principle of "innocent until proven guilty", and also be sure to gather some solid evidence before accusing someone of abuse.

I would advise you to talk with the @blurtwardens and discuss issues with some of the more experienced abuse fighters before you take any action toward any of the accounts you suspect of abuse. Of course, sometimes the abuse very blatant and obvious, but other times, something can look suspicious and turn out to be a nothing burger once you look more into depth.

This is excellent advice, and I fully support it. It's important to approach abuse fighting responsibly and with fairness 👍
