Hi, my dear animals lovers!

Today I continue to introduce our animals to you.

It just so happens that I never know when my dogs have a birthday. Of course there is some date on their vet passports, but most of the time it has nothing to do with their birthday and the year is approximate. But I always know the date they were brought into my home. For many of them this date has become a second birthday.

Exactly five years ago, a hungry, skinny sheepdog raved along the road. There were two huge tumours on her belly. She was so exhausted that when a car pulled up behind her she didn't even try to move aside. She didn't care.

That's how Romashka came into our house. She was terribly emaciated and needed surgery and treatment. But because her weight was too low, she could not be operated on. We fed her and three weeks before the vet scheduled the surgery. Then there was a long treatment.

Unfortunately the tumour could not be removed completely. But nevertheless Romashka lived with us for five years and continues to live now. In the last year she has not been feeling too well and reacts badly to changes in the weather, but ... I don't react too well to that either. Age is age. She and I understand each other.
