Another fantastic day in my life is today. It helps me recognize God's goodness. Even though I've never had an easy life, God has always been dependable, and I thank Him for giving me another chance to live.
When I think back on my life now, two things come to me. First and foremost, life is an opportunity to carry out a mission. A life devoid of significance is one that has no purpose. The reason we were born is more significant than everything else. We must fulfill the task for which we were born because we cannot die empty-handed. We continue to serve humanity by carrying out our mission every day.
Second, we have the opportunity to make up for the mistakes we can't undo while we're still here. While we are unable to travel back in time and undo all of our mistakes, we can begin the process of doing so right now by leading moral lives and choosing wisely.
My current self has been influenced by both my wise and poor choices in the past. I ask the Lord to give me the grace and fortitude to live morally every day so that I might spend my remaining time here to change people's lives.
