Nature intended for us to sleep at night and to be active throughout the day. The typical sleep schedule in Lagos Nigeria is from 10:11 pm to 4:05 am. About six hours of sleep. However, many still only get 3–4 hours of sleep each night because they have to travel a distance to get to work and avoid traffic. Lagos doesn't always sleep. At night, the events shift to different locations.
My sleep pattern has changed, as I have noticed. sleeping longer during the day and staying up later at night. I suppose it's a side effect of the recent procedure I underwent.
Similar to how I get up around two in the morning. I always turn to blurt after saying a prayer. Even if it can take me some time to finish an article, it will undoubtedly be ready by morning. Hahahah...
When I'm stressed, I enjoy falling asleep. It benefits the body. The optimal time to sleep, in my opinion, is when your body naturally requests it. Please understand that I do not advocate sleeping in church when your body naturally calls for it.
You can adjust your sleep schedule so that it doesn't interfere with what you have to do each day.
You might need to stay up late at night for some business or crucial meetings. if it's permanent and not just insomnia. Nothing to be concerned about.
Sleeping is a therapeutic aid for lowering tension and anxiety. You get up with a lot of enthusiasm.
Happy Sunday!!!! 😊
