At 5:45 a.m. on Monday, the alarm goes off. A fresh week has begun! If only we had the energy to complete at least half of our to-do list! From the moment we get up until we go back to sleep at night, we are always on the run. Even then, we hurry to go to bed with the burden of tomorrow on our minds. Our brain constantly schedules activities and leaves us with little time for relaxation and information processing. We continue to operate in constant alert mode, ignoring signs of fatigue or depletion.

We work even harder on ourselves. We continue working on our lists until four or five o'clock in the evening after having a second cup of coffee, an energy drink, some medicine, and vitamins. We don't have time to get sick because we are always busy. We cannot always be productive since time is not on our side.

When we disregard our health, we become anxious, tired, and burned out. We attribute it to daily struggles and society. We assign it to friends, relatives, or coworkers. We regret it later when we find ourselves snapping at them.

The guilt trip just piles more on top of everything else. We feel guilty when we don't finish all of our everyday tasks, when we don't spend enough time with our loved ones, when we don't achieve our objectives on time, and when we can't make others smile. We experience pressure to pursue a job and disappointment when we are denied a promotion that we are due. We squander time comparing our life to that of others, thinking that theirs is a more vibrant pink than ours.

Depression is the result of the concoction of feelings we are drowning in. It is only solvable by maintaining an open mind. Go gently, savor the moment, and have a cheerful attitude. Because it lowers stress, positive thinking is far more potent than you may realize. You can create new, favorable situations for yourself only by getting rid of the negativity.

Try doing things differently when you have to leave the house quickly to go to work. Modify your regimen a little. Take a moment to smell the flowers or pay attention to tiny features that you may have missed the first time, such a building's architecture or an elderly couple strolling hand in hand. anything that inspires you.

Embrace the beauty all around you, and your mood will improve. Every kind of existence has a certain beauty to it. The most vibrant artworks are created by nature for us.

Decide not to let your unhappiness consume your thoughts. You will notice a change if you take a few minutes each day to disconnect your thoughts from your struggles.

Lots of great advice in this article :) I like to get started with a cup of tea, watching the charts, and pray... and then the kids get up, and life gets busy... but at least I had a good start on the day and it makes it easier to make the rest of the day good! ! :) And when I see a crypto chart with lots of green, it gets even better!
