Future Communication Through Telepathy

Telepathic communication between extraterrestrial creatures is a common feature in science fiction films featuring alien species. Telepathy is even supposed to be the aliens' primary means of communication in certain conspiracy theories that contend that they have actually visited Earth.

I'm not positive if it is accurate, but one thing is certain. Capturing the ability to communicate solely through thought is one of the frontiers we are constantly exploring; it was once entirely unimaginable and out of reach.

Imagine being able to communicate with others without the need for a laptop, smartphone, or even written or spoken language. Without saying a word, you could have the most amazing conversation of your life while sitting there in silence!

If this is accomplished, you will have superhuman abilities that will allow you to think at any time and from any place to send a thought to anybody on the earth. For the world, what would that mean?

Brain implants are fast becoming a viable option for people who wish to "enhance" their talents, despite the fact that many see them as extremely intrusive, dangerous, and part of a "evil government plan to control all of humanity."

It's possible that in the future, humans and machines will combine to form a whole new species. Without technology, humanity as we know it will vanish and be replaced by species capable of almost anything. Or perhaps not—who knows!

The promise of brain implants is that they are tiny devices that can be inserted into the brain and provide it with a wide range of functions, such as telepathy, thinking-only computing (BCI), and internet connectivity.
