Good morning, dear friends, and welcome to another wonderful day in your presence. Thank you for joining me in this morning's inspiring word. Let's quickly see what's in today's package 🎁
Forgiveness entails consciously letting go of whatever bitterness and rage you might have toward someone. You may always be affected by the act that offended or harmed you, but you can loosen its hold on you by forgiving yourself. Everyone has experienced being insulted by someone's actions or words.
Perhaps you and your loved one got into a heated dispute and exchanged some hurtful words before they hurried to Heaven, and you missed the opportunity to express your regret. They are not using that against you, to start with. Anger and discord are not permitted in heaven. It is an extremely loving place.
Nobody is angry, bitter, or seeking retribution in Heaven. A fresh perspective is bestowed upon them, one of complete and utter love.
There are three different kinds of forgiveness, did you know that? Clearance, patience, and release. Release is appropriate when it comes to showing forgiveness to someone who has passed away.
Release advises you to let go of any negative emotions and your obsession with the awful things that have happened, rather than living your life based on the harm that has been done to you. Release, moreover, is really vital. When you forgive, you are able to release the weight that is holding you back and eroding your prospects of recovery and happiness.
If you don't let go of the hurt and stop obsessing on the past, you'll be giving the people who wronged you permission to live rent-free in your head and emotions, experiencing the oppression that the initial occurrence caused indefinitely.
Forgiveness can be very beneficial to one's health. According to studies, forgiveness is linked to better life satisfaction and self-esteem as well as decreased levels of antagonism, despair, and anxiety.
"Sing to the LORD a new song—His praise in the assembly of the godly. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King. Let them praise His name with dancing, and make music to Him with tambourine and harp. For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He adorns the afflicted with salvation." - Psalm 149:1-4"
