We have read many articles which mostly covered the real source of worry and stress. We put up with stress and worry; why?

Not from not knowing what will happen, but rather from the idea of "what if the future is not as I envisioned" comes the uneasiness connected with forward-looking thought.

Our mind constantly imagines scenarios and stories about the future, but the possibility that they won't come to pass unnerves and depresses.

'What if such a horrific situation arises!' is the dominant idea as our depressing mind begins to fret about what terrible things could happen this time.

Say you find yourself in this situation right now. Worry and anxiety resulted from your beginning to picture the future and picture terrible things.

What came next? Maybe you looked into this and other worst-case scenarios for days. You created unbelievable worlds.

These are the kinds of mental games our thoughts play. Much too much thought and concern put into an improbable prospect...

Humanity has taken precautions after weighing the advantages and disadvantages. Regretfully, we have poor mental capacity for possibility calculation.

A well done research shows how our brains anticipate difficult problems and possible solutions. End:

Though we hope that time will arrive without concern and anxiety, the idea of "What if it happens to me" keeps us waiting for it. Bear in mind what the Dalai Lama said:

The foundation of success is optimism. Even the simplest chores can become challenging when someone has a negative attitude.”
We are given hope when we think positive.

We are courageous and inventive when we have hope for the future. distributing goodwill both inside and outside of us.

We may more easily seize chances and steer our own lives in a better direction when we view the glass half full.

While bad ideas draw bad things, positive ones draw good things. Our acts, which are determined by our thoughts, define our destiny.

Perspective life and think well. Even under the worst of circumstances, positive thinking will make you shine.
