Is it good or bad to burn crypto?
Good :
Token burning removes tokens from circulation, permanently reducing the overall supply of the cryptocurrency . This helps increase scarcity and increases the value of each remaining coin, which is critical for coins that can be mined quickly.

Some simple Math :
There is already over 521 million Blurt and rising by 8.38 % every year. (Inflation)
There will only ever be 21 Million Bitcoin.
Blurt is worth .003 …. Bitcoin is worth $37,000 USD
Which one is better ?
The one with more coins or the one with less coins ?
If we burn enough Blurt maybe in a few years we will have only 21 Million Blurt.
The best way to get here is to get 1,000,000 new Blurt Bloggers … burning Blurt with fees.
Agree 100% if we have approx 1000 monthly active users burning 50k BLURT per month, 10k users will
burn 500k pm 100k users will burn 5 mil Blurt per month and make it deflationary.
Also out of interest Blurt has a supply of 24.8x bitcoin, of you divide bitcoin price of 37k by 24.8 the BLURT proportional price based on current supply should be $1491, we are very far from that, supply isn’t the only factor, bitcoin also has cult following, institutional support, brand recognition etc.
Agree 100% …. Blurt needs a cult following, institutional support, brand recognition etc.
Until we have those things we can all burn a little Blurt… from posting fees, from sending a small % to @null with every post. Even just a little. An extra 10% even … to help lower inflation.
Also it’s good if everyone buys a little Blurt. Even a little. 100 a day even. It all helps.
Hello friend, it is always nice to greet you, I hope Lola is feeling very well.
Thank you for sharing your detailed opinion on this topic in the virtual coffee. I had to read several times to understand, and I think what you say makes some sense. But now a question comes to mind. This burning coins, which apparently is more common than I thought, is not better than it being the decision of those who create content and not coming as a condition to receive a vote.
I can't help but think about what Hilaricita and other users have commented, about the concern of seeing how publications where content creators have made an effort do not receive greater support in votes, for not joining in burning blurt. So it is possible that users are now being conditioned to receive some support in healing.
Where is the appreciation of the effort?
I clearly understand that everyone does what they want with their vote, I am only referring to the condition of receiving votes. This dialogue was generated because I am concerned about the feelings of the community. Finally, I consider content creators to be a very important part of this ecosystem, because they are not only investors, whales or administrators, but part of this great ecosystem are the content creators and who are the best voice before others to attract more users. How do we motivate them, so that they stay with us? when they think that this situation is somewhat unfair.
I do not intend to generate controversies or meaningless discussions with this publication, I only hope to be able to understand users and listen to their opinions regarding what they think.
We have all been in this chain for a long time and we continue to move forward my dear friend. Thanks for sharing, you have given me other insights into this approach.
I would like to share your comment in a post I will make soon, if you allow me to do so.
Good vibes.
I think the BlurtBooster robot algorithm gives very good upvotes for people who create good content. It is also very important that people remain on the White list to get big upvotes from Blurtbooster robot algorithm. It is only @Ctime that is encouraging people to burn a small percentage of each post, I think this is very fair. We should definitely congratulate @ctime for this new project to burn millions of Blurt and potentially increase the value of Blurt. I think @ctime is a genius.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts over a delicious cup of coffee with friends. I value your opinion and this is what this publication is about, talking and dialoguing, to share and learn things together, for the good of this beautiful Blurt chain.
A huge hug my dear friend.
I am sure that my friend Ctime has good intentions, I sincerely hope that his idea has good results, because I imagine that this idea has already been thought about and analyzed with great detail and caution. Furthermore, he believes in Blurt and does his best to contribute from his knowledge. He also helped many new users and others, so that their publications did not remain at zero, that deserves his recognition, that's how I remember him, as the curator who shared affection with the vote with everyone on Blurt.
In the end, we are all together with the same dream, contributing and making Blurt a space where everyone wants to be.
I have always thought and shared that blurt, more than a blockchain, we are a fabric of human beings sharing emotions and experiences that make it more real every day. Here they share joys, sorrows, achievements and we have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world.
I had the opportunity to meet you and Lola, incredible and you are on the other side of the world, just as I met you and many other valuable users who I would like to think wish the good of this chain, because I share positive and respectful thinking .
Meanwhile, here we continue, learning and doing activities so that many more users come and get to know this beautiful Blurt chain.
Good vibes.
Good vibes.😘
Yes. There are many good things on Blurt. It’s great that @Blurtbooster gives many people a very nice upvote but I really like that @ctime and @mmmmkkkk311 are constantly buying up millions and millions of Blurt on Hive-Engine. They are there everyday …buying buying and buying up all the liquid Blurt. It’s incredible. I’m very happy that they are buying so much Blurt.
