For a long time now, I have been seeing how creativity and concentration are fading away, in the face of a society that wants everything now, patience has been lost, due to so much laziness. Let's understand that to learn something you need motivation and discipline and discipline requires concentration and a lot of willpower. Reading a good book, practicing a sport, dedicating time to a skill or activity are currently challenges that do not go beyond knowing what we need for the moment and then forgetting it when it is no longer necessary.

Desde hace mucho tiempo, estoy viendo como la creatividad o la concentración se van desvaneciendo, ante una sociedad que quiere todo ¡Ya!, se ha perdido la paciencia, debido a tanta flojera. Entendamos que para aprender algo se necesita motivación y disciplina y la disciplina requiere de concentración y mucha fuerza de voluntad. Leer un buen libro, practicar algún deporte, dedicar tiempo a una habilidad o actividad son actualmente retos que no avanzan más allá de saber lo que necesitamos de momento y luego olvidarlo cuando ya no sea necesario.
what is happening with motivation and learning?
We are facing a new society that has everything at its fingertips and does not want to learn because it is too lazy, too lazy to read, even an instructive, it is easier to go to youtube and watch a tutorial on how to do something specific and without realizing it we are only doing what the tutorial tells us and very few go beyond or learn more than what they are seeing. In the case of needing to make a video for a social network just to look "Cool", we go to what we need and do not seek to do something different or learn more than what we have studied. Reading a book is very lazy, it is preferable to see an informative preview of someone talking about a topic and we do not object to what we are seeing, just because it is lazy to dig deeper into the subject and seek to have our own criteria. The motivation to do things is being lost, every time there are very few young people who want to be musicians because it involves a lot of discipline and study; it is preferable to learn watching a tutorial, without understanding and/or studying music, theory and solfeggio.
¿qué está pasando con la motivación y el aprendizaje?: Estamos ante una nueva sociedad que tiene todo a su alcance y no quiere aprender por tener mucha flojera, la flojera de leer, incluso un instructivo, es más fácil ir a youtube y ver un tutorial de cómo hacer algo específico y sin darnos cuenta estamos haciendo solamente lo que nos dice el tutorial y muy pocos van más allá o aprenden más de lo que están viendo. En el caso de necesitar hacer un video para una red social solo por parecer “Cool”, vamos a lo que necesitamos y no buscamos hacer algo diferente o aprender más de lo estudiado. Leer un libro, da mucha flojera, es preferible ver un avance informativo de alguien que habla de un tema y no ponemos objeción de lo que estamos viendo, solo porque da flojera indagar más en el tema y buscar tener un criterio propio. Se esta perdiendo la motivación para hacer cosas, cada vez hay muy pocos jóvenes que quieren ser músicos porque acarrea muchísima disciplina y estudio; es preferible aprender viendo un tutorial, sin entender y/o estudiar la música, la teoría y el solfeo.

Currently this new generation wants everything at the moment, earn money now, learn something now, get what they want now, that's where we see how society now forces everything and they don't care what methods they use to get it, as long as they get what they want at the moment. We can see that with this new crop of "Artists" who don't even know what they do for a living. Singers who do not sing, motivational coaches who do not know how to control their emotions, "Influencers" who do not know anything about what they want to transmit, it just occurred to them one day and as they have the power to influence others they impose it. An illiterate society, which sadly is the worst of all, since there is access to all information. In the past, illiterate people were uneducated, since they did not have access to education. Nowadays students obtain academic degrees without knowing the basic notions of what they are studying and this is really serious.
¿Qué causa tanta flojera?: Actualmente esta nueva generación quiere todo al momento, ganar dinero ¡Ya!, aprender algo ¡ya!, obtener lo que quieren ¡Ya!, es donde vemos como la sociedad ahora fuerza todo y no les importa les métodos que usan para conseguirlo, siempre y cuando tengan lo que quieren al momento. Eso lo podemos ver con esta nueva camada de “Artistas” que no saben ni del oficio que hacen. Cantantes que no cantan, coach motivacionales que no saben controlar sus emociones, “Influencers” que no saben nada de lo que quieren transmitir, simplemente se les ocurrió un día y como tienen el poder de la influencia en los demás lo imponen. Una sociedad analfabeta, que tristemente es la peor de todas, ya que hay acceso a toda información. Antes los analfabetos eran personas sin estudios, al no poder tener acceso a la educación. Actualmente los estudiantes obtienen grados académicos sin saber las nociones básicas de lo que están estudiando y esto es realmente grave.

Young people no longer want to be doctors, scientists, architects, astronauts; these new generations want to be "youtubers", "tik tokers", "instagramers", and an endless number of empty careers of social networks. but why does this happen? Well, it is already very notorious that there is a high sphere and governments that do not advocate for education, teachers, doctors and scientists, are the worst paid in many countries, while for posting a video doing nonsense that can go viral, a person can earn thousands, promoting idiocy and ignominy. It seems to be a well systematized plan even to reduce the population, where it is no longer known who is male or female and the family is only for idiots. Sad reality.
¿Qué consecuencias trae la flojera?: Los jóvenes ya no quieren ser médicos, científicos, arquitectos, astronautas; estas nuevas generaciones quieren ser “youtubers”, “tik tokers”, “instagramers”, y un sinfín de carreras vacías de redes sociales. pero, ¿por qué pasa esto? Pues ya es muy notorio que hay una alta esfera y gobiernos que no abogan por la educación, los maestros, médicos y científicos, son los peores pagados en muchos países, mientras que por colocar un video haciendo tonterías que se pueden hacer virales, una persona puede ganar miles, fomentando la idiotez y la ignominia. Parece que es un plan bien sistematizado hasta para reducir la población, donde ya no se sabe quién es hombre o mujer y la familia es solo para idiotas. Triste realidad.
So, for that reason, laziness is something that goes beyond just not wanting to do something, it is not even being concerned with building a life, but rather, being popular and staying in a hole of stale ignorance and the worst.
Entonces, por esa razón la flojera es algo que va más allá de solo no querer hacer algo, es ni siquiera ocuparse de construir una vida, sino, ser populares y mantenerse en un hueco de ignorancia rancia y de la peor.
