Saludos amados míos, heme aquí compartiendo con ustedes experiencias de vida.

Muchas veces nos preocupamos en exceso por las cosas que al final terminan resolviéndose solas o con el tiempo, el problema no es el problema como tal, es la actitud que tenemos frente al problema. Ansiedad por resolverlo rápidamente o que se resuelva, miedo por no saber en qué termina… Los problemas son parte de la vida cotidiana, es como presentar un examen de matemáticas, te sientas, analizas, tratas de resolverlos, puedes que de acuerdo a lo que estudiaste y tu experiencia tengas éxito, sino puedes entregar el examen en blanco e intentarlo de nuevo la próxima vez, la próxima vez estarás mejor preparado.

En todo caso, angustiarse demasiado hará estragos en la salud, en el corazón, a nivel mental y ocasiona una serie de espasmos, nerviosismo, temblores, malestares que pueden volverse muy incómodos con el tempo, enfermarse si es un verdadero problema, pero nada que no pueda resolverse acudiendo a un especialista y en estos casos, dejando la angustia y la ansiedad mejoramos mucho.

Mis amigos me dicen ¿Cómo no angustiarse, ves la gravedad? Por supuesto, pero angustiarte en exceso te dará una solución, mas bien estar angustiado te abruma y no puedes pensar bien, la acciones que vayas a tomar puede que no sean las más idóneas y por ende fracasarás, pero recuerda que el fracaso es algo momentáneo siempre se puede volver a intentar hasta tener éxito. No nos enfrasquemos en las situaciones.

No nos preocupemos en exceso porque nos perjudica de muchas formas, trabajemos más en la paciencia para mantenernos calmos ante una situación, eso es lo que nos diferencia de las personas maduras.

A muchos les ha pasado que han vivido por años preocupados por algo, y con esa ansiedad diaria, ese apuro, derroche de energía y de pronto se dan cuenta que el problema hasta se resolvió solo y aquello por lo que mentalmente les atormentaba ya no tenía razón de ser.

No te agobies que todo tiene solución, lo que no pues se deja ir, no te preocupes en exceso por cosas de las que no deberías darle mucha atención, aquello que no pertenece a ti, no son tus cargas, no son tus problemas, suelta, libérate, te hará un ser humano más feliz y saludable.
