Espero que pasaran unas festividades decembrinas en mucha alegría y reflexionando acerca de lo vivido durante el 2023 y marcar sus proyectos y metas nuevas para estar organizados y empezar con buen pie este 2024
Como saben algunos, me mudé a mi casa tras 12 años de vivir con mi ex pareja, decidí cortar con todo ese lastre de emociones negativas que me dejaba esa relación y comenzar mi camino a la sanación y libertad. Esta decisión no fue solo por mi propio bienestar, sino también por la salud emocional, espiritual y física de mis hijos. Desde que me mudé supe que fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar, aunque tuve y tengo que enfrentar muchos miedos, la paz mis queridos, estar en calma y la serenidad no debe ser negociable, si bien el 2023 supo demostrarme lo que es el amor propio y la confianza en mí misma.
El 2023 cerró con muchas reflexiones, siento el centro de atención mi propio bienestar emocional y físico, me establecí muchas metas por escrito para no olvidarlas, muchas tienen que ver con este tema, el bienestar emocional, mental y físico está en primer lugar. Aprendí que debo ser mi prioridad y atenderme par ano sentirme mal después, decepcionada y deprimida por poner personas o cosas en un plano superior a mí.
No es un acto egoísta pensar en nosotros mismos, cuando aprendemos a conocernos de verdad, conocer nuestras necesidades, nuestras debilidades, conocemos además nuestras fortalezas y crecemos en todo aspecto, este conocimiento nos permite saber bien las necesidades del otro y dónde de verdad podemos ser útiles para ayudar y hasta dónde podemos ayudar.
I hope you spent the Christmas holidays in great joy and reflecting on what you have experienced during 2023 and set your projects and new goals to be organized and start off on the right foot this 2024.
As some of you know, I moved back home after 12 years of living with my ex-partner, I decided to cut with all the ballast of negative emotions left by that relationship and start my path to healing and freedom. This decision was not only for my own well-being, but also for the emotional, spiritual and physical health of my children. Since I moved out I knew it was the best decision I could make, although I had and still have to face many fears, peace my dear ones, being calm and serenity should not be negotiable, although 2023 knew how to show me what self-love and self-confidence is.
2023 closed with many reflections, I feel the center of attention my own emotional and physical well-being, I set many goals in writing not to forget them, many have to do with this topic, emotional, mental and physical well-being is in first place. I learned that I must be my priority and take care of myself so as not to feel bad later, disappointed and depressed for putting people or things on a higher plane than me.
It is not a selfish act to think about ourselves, when we learn to really know ourselves, know our needs, our weaknesses, we also know our strengths and we grow in every aspect, this knowledge allows us to know well the needs of the other and where we can really be useful to help and how far we can help.
El 2023 fue un año de muchos aprendizajes para todos, la gran mayoría que conozco estuvo lleno de tropiezos, estas mismas personas y me incluyo, ahora deseamos que este 2024 este lleno de dichas y alegrías, por lo cual hemos decretado con fuerza que este 2024 nos cubriremos de alegrías, felicidad y éxitos en todo lo que nos proyectamos y deseamos.
Manifiesto con alegrías el triunfo de todos nuestros buenos deseos.
Manifiesto con alegría mi porción de trabajo para concretar todas mis metas.
Manifiesto con poder y convicción que todos estaremos felices y contentos.
Si algo no queremos arrastrar es la negatividad que pudimos vivir en el 2023, así que mantengamos alejados esos pensamientos, solo usemos la experiencia para crecer y saber lo que erramos en el pasado y no volver a cometerlo.
Disfrutemos más de la vida y las cosas sencillas que llenan el corazón, sal de tu casa mas seguido, cómprate eso que tanto quieres, comparte con tus amigos y familia o bien disfruta de tu tiempo a solas contigo mismo que es la mejor de las compañías.
Dedica tiempo a tu espiritualidad.
Decreta que tus deseos se harán realidad este 2024
