My 2024 Experiences and My 2025 Expectations

Today marks the end of this year and before we bid farewell to this year let me share to you how our 2024 was.

MY 2024 EXPERIENCES

Our 2024 was full of ups and downs. It's the year when we face a lot of hardships especially on the husband's part. Finding a contractual job was very hard because the former bosses of my husband faced hardships too because of the inflation that is happening in the country and I guess it's not the Philippines alone who had experience it. Some countries are, right? On the brighter side since we couldn't earned that much like the previous years, we learned to save money as much as we can.

Last August, a new opportunity came to me. I was chosen to be one of the beneficiaries in the Livelihood Project of the World Vision Organization. We were given a free choice of what kind of livelihood would we want and I chose cooking snacks as it was where I'm good at.

These were the kind of snacks that I was selling; Puto Cheese, Peanut Roll and sometimes crispy chicken feet. The first months sell were pretty good. All of our cooked snacks were sold out but on the second month, our sell decreased as there were other vendors selling other snacks. The profit that we gain were saved but when my husband didn't have work for almost two weeks because there's no available job from his bosses, we didn't have a choice but used the saved money.

Unfortunately, I had to stopped cooking and selling snacks because my health wasn't good. I was sick for almost a week so we decided to stop selling. During the time that I stopped selling, I looked for earning opportunities online and I found one which was answering surveys that pays through Paypal. I could only earn few dollars so I looked for another earning opportunities and these searching leads me to know Blurt. Joining Blurt is one of the highlight of my 2024. This is a good earning opportunity that I'm thankful of and all thanks to sir @offgridlife for his X.com's post. It opened me a new opportunity. I'm also grateful to the users who supported my first week Blurt journey. It was a fantastic one which I didn't expect to happen. It's truly a blessing meeting some Blurt user and joining Blurt on this month. A HUGE THANKS TO ALL OF YOU

MY 2025 EXPECTATIONS

New year will be welcome by tomorrow. I know some have already made goals and plans to be achieve on this new year. Well, in my part I don't have much expectations but I pray and hope that this new year will be full of opportunities especially on the online world. I expect to discover more online earning opportunities that can help me save money and I ask you who read this blog to leave a comment if you know other earning opportunities that don't take so much time in a day because I also have other work to do at home. House chores occupies most of my time so an online earning opportunities that will not take more time will be better.

Lastly, I also wish good health for me and my family. It's okay if we don't have much money as long as we are in good health, that's all that matters most.
