Somos sal viva de la tierra
Por increíble que parezca esta frase no se aleja mucho de la realidad, porque lloramos sal, sudamos sal y las células de nuestro cuerpo están bañadas en un mar salido. La sal constituye el 90 % del contenido mineral del océano, si así es como les estoy comunicando. Es por ello que la sal en la vida es muy importante y mucho más la que se encuentra en el agua de mar.
Para los que me han leído con anterioridad saben de mi amor por el mar y de que yo tomo agua de mar desde hace algún tiempo y la experiencia ha sido maravillosa.
El agua de mar, tiene un sabor delicioso, yo la tomo de forma isotónica es decir un vaso de agua en 3 de agua potable, este líquido me lo puedo tomar en el transcurso del día.
El mar guarda las huellas de la vida, en ella encontramos muchos beneficios que hoy en día quieren ser silenciados, porque el agua de mar es una gran solución a una gran cantidad de enfermedades. El agua de mar es el ADN de la naturaleza.
El agua de mar vibra de diferentes formas, es increíble todas las investigaciones científicas que podemos encontrarnos en la medida que investigamos más sobre el tema.
