Blurt Honest Review

Hey all,,

Let's begin with how I did hear about the platform.. I was looking through Hive and I found few posts about it. Then, I noticed that Actifit also supports posting to Blurt. Therefore, I have created an account to explore it and below is my review..

Noticeable things to like on Blurt:
If there is something that I would start with, it would have to be "The Community". I believe that it is a much smaller community than the one on Hive. But, they are (as of now, the time I am writing this thread) very supportive through their discord.
Which leads me to my second point here which is a Blog Promotional Discord Channel. In their discord, they have added a section for writers to promote their blogs (of course, I do not open everyone's post there). But, I pass by from time to time and sometimes I see posts that I like (which I obviously check).

A little bit of criticism won't hurt:
I'm not sure about this one. I have been using the platfrom for 3 days and probably I am not used to this, "Tx Fees for each action". Let this part be a guide or a helpful tip for people who are just joining Blurt. You have a liquid Blurt and BlurtPower. When performing any action, your power level stays the same. However, there is a small Tx Fee from the liquid Blurt. Which means, new users need to be aware of that and try to not make unnecessary actions (Just like what I did: PowerDown, Cancel PowerDown & repeat). It is different from Hive and maybe I need more time to get used to it. To elaborate, I have been using the platform for less than a week.
Second thing, it is not something that I did not like or anything, it is a small thing. But, it only fits in this section (Community). There is no Actifit section (your Actifit reports will go under your accounts blog). I think this will be created eventually, probably it is there now as you are reading this post.

Last but not least, I will mention a point which I didn't mention earlier:
In my opinion, this is a really nice (to have). That's why I have seperated it from the rest. When you upvote a post you the author gets 50% reward of your vote and you get 50%.

In conclusion, I think my experience so far in the platform was nice and I would rate it a 4+ out of 5 as I personally see it having a good growth potential.

I almost forgot to mention, if any of the information shared above is at the slightest inaccurate. I hope the community reach me out so, I can update it.

Disclaimer, this is only a personal opinion.

That's really cool. Thank you for the tip. Does this work in every community? Or is it only specific to this community?

It works anywhere on Blurt. Give it a try. … Send 50% to @null. 🔥 🔥 🔥

It probably won't work with Actifit posts add they are automatically sent through their app. I tried changing my recent one and it didn't work.

I would just make a new post on https://Blurt.blog …. Not in any Communities…. Try with a few random photos and a little text.

I'll think of something to write to try it out thinking...

Good review. I like Blurt and Steemit the best for blogging.

Thank you very much for all your support. I'm glad you liked it.

I didn't think that it might reach this big of an audience. Especially, that I have listed some cons.

There are always pros and cons. But overall Blurt, Steemit and Hive are good places to earn steady income… especially if you power up and delegate to the right Projects…

Probably for someone who knows the ins and outs of these communities like yourself.

I stopped blogging for a long time and now I'm back. Hoping to connect, more than making an income as I see it a more realizable goal.

I'm not familiar with delegation. Do you have any tips?😅
