Arthur breaks Micah out of the jail in Strawberry. Micah starts shooting up the town which will cause you to have a bounty of 300 dollars. When you have a bounty, lawmen/bounty hunters will be looking for you. You can also do some bounty-hunting missions for the sheriff. Struss sends Arthur to collect the debt from those who borrowed money from the gang and haven't paid It back.
