An undefiled life is a moral, ‘clean,’ purposeful life, and a life of holiness in a society of compromise. I have painted living undefiled as a way of living without ever having to say that living is flawless, choosing virtues over vices, truth-telling over lying, and love over greed. This way of living imply great potential – not only for happiness but to change the world around you.
A man of virtue brings forth a change; when you live an undefiled life, then you are a man of trust. The reason your word has authority is because your words are supported by action. People are attracted to the things that are having integrity, they are like a light in the dark. It makes us want to step beyond our own ordinary life of compromise and be true, and strong.
An undefiled life also liberates keenly. If you do everything in accordance with what you deem right, you cease to feel guilt or regret for the things you do. Mentally, you are not foggy, your interpersonal relationships are healthy and, you become more focused on your reason for living. This clarity also helps enhance your morale to face all the other challenges of life.
They intent of an undefiled life, therefore is not a moralistic agenda , it is the proclamation of the possible. It’s about creating a culture of truth telling with love and honor in an ugly world. Living an undefiled life in a society that tumbles down is a beam of hope – a revolution of change.
