Lack of proper attitude is quite similar to a punctured tire – it stops the car no matter how eager it was to get to a particular place. The same as a flat tire keeps a car from moving, a negative attitude keeps you stuck, and you cannot progress towards a better paid job, happiness, or quality relationships.
Consider this: in any situation in this world there are always obstacles but how one takes it is something else. Where negative attitude leads to excuses, blames and negligence, positive attitude and outlook leads to tenacity, solutions finding and development. As such, there is no way to place it other than the willingness to change or adapt as an organizational culture with this pathology gives people multiple opportunities to fail and never achieves its potential.
Furthermore, negative attitude is communicating and tends to affect other people. It is crucial to know and understand that negativity has a negative effect on the work place, school or any other environment where interpersonal relation is considered. Anytime something is wrong with the wheel of a car it affects the car as a whole in the same way, a bad attitude destroys the environment and offends key players.
But the solution is simple: change the tire! Use gratitude, optimism, and being willing to learn in your job. These changes can turn lemons into lime and losses into opportunities for success. Life has a journey and a vehicle needs to be in good shape before one can possibly travel that journey. So, fix the flat, fine your attitude and just wonder how far more you can go when you have a clear attitude and positive outlook towards life.
