We all have been in a situation where things are going wrong, wrong and wrong, and just when we think that everything is over, the 12th hour strikes and we are saved a little bit before it is too late. This
yc is where our trust is shaped when we get a reminder that the Lord’s timing is different from ours but it is always the best.
From the Old Testament until the New Testament, we can list so as stories where God intervenes at the moment when all hope seems to be lost. The Israel’s at the Red Sea, Daniel in the lion’s den and the apostles in the midst of a storm reminds that God is present when it counts. His help always arrives at the last moment, yet just when it is most needed to encpsulize comfort and might of the Lord.
These last minute deliverances are ways in which God is encouraging His people to place their confidence in Him, in a time when it is difficult to do so. When we are waiting and are full of questions, He is very often at work in ways we cannot understand. He encourages us to stay strong, to look at Him and not be discouraged knowing well that He is true to His word.
If you find yourself in an “11th-hour” situation, hold on and remember: We also come to realize that there is a vast difference between God’s wait and God’s wait-off. Every time his intervention happens at such cases, then people are assured that He is Lord of everything and that nothing is beyond Him. Since it is He who creates resources out of nothing and can at times change the odds in a way that most of us can’t comprehend, hold on to your faith for the last second is still operational. Trust in His timing of doing things and make sure that He is always with you.
