The wise king admonished us to acknowledge God in all our ways and He will direct our paths. This admonition is important because in life it is very easy to get lost in the valley of decision, running our lives by our own wisdom, discretion and judgement and forgetting that we have a Lord by whose word and guidance we are suppose to prosecute live and destiny.
When we make decisions, do we consider how Jesus will view and react to our decisions? Do we acknowledge him in our businesses, careers, public and private life? Or are we only a people who acknowledge the Lord only when we are in the church but run our lives without any conscience of Him when we are outside?
To live the true Christian life, we must always walk in and with the consciousness of Him who have redeemed us; for in him we live, and move, and have our being.... (Acts 17:28)
