Our Lord Jesus gives us the obligation of a man in the book of Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.
Are you a man? If you are then your job description is prayer. No man was created by God to function outside of prayer because man by design was created to be dependent on his maker and prayer is the way that man commune with his God.
Do not quit praying: in your depression pray, in your confusion pray, in your affliction pray, when you experience failure pray. God never gets weary of hearing our prayers rather we are the ones who become weary of God. The bible says in the book of Isaiah 43:22 “But, dear family of Jacob, you refuse to ask for my help. You have grown tired of me, O Israel!".
Answers to prayer is sure to the man who continues in prayer, for men ought ALWAYS to PRAY.
A lot happens to a man that pray; aside from the answer to his prayer he is sanctified, revived, refreshed, strengthen, built up, his senses is sharpened, anointed, purged, baptized, direction is given, transformation, fellowship with Holy Spirit and many more.
