When cryptos spike, the smallest ones spike hardest... so HIVE will go up but BLURT will proportionally go up a lot more. The best time to convert HIVE to BLURT is at the bottom of the crypto market.

It seems that despite the fact that Hive seems so big and developed, investors are still being milked regularly over time.
yo thats what you call absolutely shafted...the figures...if i am looking at this correctly...as numbers are my ultimate mortal enemy....hive is not worth investing in!!!!
i.e. I suspect that if you sell at one of the pumps, you will make a profit, but in general it is proof that over time the value of hive falls instead of rising.

you know what everyone expects the last big pump on BTC before the bear market like it happened in previous years. it can start soon in a few months and last another few months so that it will close in the fall. But anything can happen ;)

I personally don’t think hive will ever get back to what it was or close, better to take the loss and get something with more chance to do well like cardano / hedera hashgraph, xrp or even tron imo. I think ppl will never get their returns on hive now if they got in at that peak but obviously it’s up to each person to make their mind up.

I think blurt has most chance just because price is so low it could reach 10 c or something if enough ppl get sick if the others and find out about it. I don’t know generally how many new ppl will now join blockchain social who are not already on it. What do you think?

I echo your sentiments that we'll be singing to the chore for some time. Hard to get folks off their centralised platforms. However i am noticing even the normies are fed up with the censorship on their preferred platforms, coupled with the fact that times are hard and will only get tougher...
...people will want the opportunity to earn whilst "working from home" so to speak...
...not to mention once things settle with the Trump Bitcoin "Reserve" (they just stole all that BTC lets be honest...), and with the European CBDC coming into effect on Oct 25th this year, a lot more folks shall yearn for a way out.
