It's a movie with a lot of heart, a lot of comedy and some decent acting. An excellent job is done in the movie. Owen Wilson plays the role of a father, who's also the superhero in the movie, and Michael Pena plays the villain, and he's as funny as always.
The movie's visuals isn't that great, it's kind of met 2000s, kind of like a CW superhero show, but if you can excuse that then you can enjoy the movie, it's a fun ride. The movie is basically a Disney Channel or a Nickelodeon type of superhero movie on a little bit of steroids, it has some big action scenes and it's kind of long, It's like an hour and forty something minutes, so it feels a little long, but it's actually not that bad, once you pause the first act, the movie actually progresses pretty fast, and I think the movie is mostly centered on the children, even though Owen Wilson is the star of the movie.
I recommend that you go check out secret headquarters if you don't have anything fun to do, or if you just want to watch something without having to think too much or pay too much attention.
