I just recently started reading a book titled The Power of Subconscious Mind. The Subconscious is like the alternate of our conscious mind. The two have different roles, however the action of one (conscious) affects the operation of the other (subconscious). To further explain this, the conscious part us the part of our mind that does the intentional thinking. When we do something or act in a certain way decisively we can say attribute it to our conscious part of the mind.

The conscious part of the mind has the ability to agree or disagree on a particular thing. Whatever is the conclusion of the conscious is then filtered to the Subconscious. The Subconscious, however, unlike the conscious, does not argue. Operations in the subconscious happen automatically. It has a default setting. Most of the actions we carry out are often carried out by our subconscious.

The subconscious is often ignored but it actually a very powerful tool we humans possess but many are unaware of it's amazing capabilities. Whatever the state of our subconscious is it determines what goes on in our lives. If we feed our subconscious through our conscious mind with negativity, then things are most likely to turn out negatively. But if we feel up our minds with positive things then we are rest assured of experiencing positive results.

But these all depends on what is been accumulated in our subconscious. That's why we should be mindful of what we let into our subconscious because of the effects it can have in our lives. In my next post I'll be sharing for lessons I was able to draw from this amazing book. See you next time!
