If you suffer a lot from ear infections, I've got five of the major causes of those common ear infections.

Number one on my list is different viruses, bacteria, and even fungal infections. Now, where does it live? Usually in a dark, moist place, think about the ear canals. That is often why fungus is correlated to chronic ear infections.

Another cause is chronic allergies. It makes you more susceptible to having those ear infections
with a lot of inflammation happening, and maybe some discharge happening in the area as well with sneezing and coughing as well,
can make you more susceptible to those ear infections, especially in children.

Okay, number three on my list is smoking. If you are a smoker, unfortunately, this is going to increase your risk of ear infections.

And number four on my list now is air pressure changes. If you've ever experienced this on an airplane, maybe going and traveling at different elevations, even in a car, you may experience that pressure in the ears, especially if you're susceptible to those ear infections.

And number five on my list, another common cause of ear infections that you may not have thought about is inflammation. Living in a chronically inflamed state, which I find is so much more common now because we live indoors. We're not outside as much as what we should be or under artificial light. We have more electromagnetism and EMFs around our environments that we live in this chronically inflamed place. And that could be correlated to that chronic inflammation in the ear canals as well.
