Here are 10 warning signs that you need to detox. Number one, if you're tired all the time, that could be a big indicator that your body has accumulated a lot of toxins and you need to do a full body detox.

Number two on my list is headaches. If you are getting chronic headaches, whether that's migraine headaches, it could be tension headaches. Any type of headache, cluster headaches as well, is an indication potentially that you've got accumulated toxins and your body's having a difficult time alleviating that toxic load related back to those headaches.
Headaches can be related to your liver and your gut health and when these big detox organs are backed up with that toxic load, those chronic headaches are there to stay.

Number three on my list is skin rashes. This could be acne, it could be psoriasis, eczema, any type of chronic skin condition that keeps coming back can be a sign that you need to do some detoxification.

Number four is bad breath. So usually it's not just about the mouth, it goes down into the digestive tract and what's happening there in terms of your toxic load can also manifest in that bad breath.

Number five is body odor as well. This could be a sign that you need to detox.

Number six is hair loss. This can also be an indicator that the toxic load has built up. This is often related to a mineral loss and what you want to do is make sure that you also don't have some of those less favorable organisms in your system and then often things like Candida will offset your mineral balance and then can lead to some hair loss.

Number seven reason why you may need to detox is a lot of pain and inflammation and this could be in the muscles, it could be in the joints as we know, in the fascia as well, in the tendons
and ligaments. So if you've got chronic pain and inflammatory things happening, it may be time to do that detox.

Number eight is a lot of gas and bloating. This could be a sign that you've got accumulated
toxins and you do need to do a full body detox.

This serves as a means of helping to incorporate the other big internal detox organs like the liver, the kidneys, the lungs as well as the digestive tract to really move those toxins through.

Number ten on the list is cough. For asthma as chronic conditions can be an indication that those accumulated toxins are actually sitting in the lungs and your body is trying to expel them.
