The story behind the deliciousness

I went to the market to buy some food. I walked to the same pork stall because the pork here is fresh every day. Today I bought pork dung or known as Xiang Ji. It is a delicious pork offal that is chewy, tasty, and can be used to make a variety of dishes. One of the most popular dishes is Stir-fried pork dung with spring onions, which has a salty, oily taste and a fragrant aroma of spring onions. It is an easy-to-make, easy-to-eat dish, and most importantly, it is fast and the taste is extremely delicious.

Ingredients and ingredients

500 grams of pork belly

1 bunch of spring onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
3 tablespoons of coconut oil for stir-frying

Wash the pork belly clean, remove all the fibrous parts.
Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the spring onions and chop them.
Peel the garlic, wash them and chop them.
Measure the seasonings according to the recipe. When the ingredients are ready, let's start making them together.

Place a pan on the stove. Today, I'm using an electric stove as usual. Add coconut oil. When it's hot, add garlic and stir-fry until it turns yellow and fragrant.

Then add the pork and stir-fry until cooked. Add the spring onions and stir-fry until cooked.

Then season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and ground pepper. Stir to mix well. Season to taste. You can add or reduce the seasoning. Turn off the stove. Serve on a plate. This menu is very delicious when eaten with hot rice.
