Yes, in as much as we were thought to avoid speaking to strangers while growing up. I grew up to come to the conclusion that strangers are always the first to embrace your ideas and concept. So it's quite good that we should also extend and Maintain a good relationship not only with our loved ones , family and friends but also with strangers who we find Worthy of our relationship.
