Managing Parenting Conflicts
Children learn from what they see and are likely to be influenced mentally as a result of what they experience in the environment where they grew up, domestic violence or parental conflict if not managed properly can leave a negative dent on the child and could create a form of stress or confusion on the child.
Solutions:
- Communicate Openly:
Domestic violence , parenting conflicts should be discussed and settled privately, this presents a united front to your kids.
- Respect Each Other’s Perspectives:
In some cases , both parents might have a different view , approach , and perspective about how things should work . Violence is not the answer , they should also answer that different views about parenting can also complement each other.
