Greetings to you my friends, been a long time here, i wish you all the good im life. How are you doing today😊

A lot of times we get to eat food that is so harmful to our body system and that ignorance has costed many lives and leave the rest in ill health condition that could barely get better or worsen. But hence there is medical services all around us, this issues have gotten to be resolved to avoid further complications.

The good above is a protein contained food that aids growth mostly in younger ones, refreshes their body system and nourishes it. Rice is a carbohydrates food that can be eaten with different kinds of mixture just like stew, pepper soup, even an ordinary soup etc.

Yes we are human because most times you seem to consume the food that hungers us forgetting the fact it could be dangerous while eating that food.

Eating of swallow can sometimes be the options to stop the consumption of excess fat and oil in our body. This is our native food loved by mostly igbo tribe in the Nigeria country.
