Exercise include physical activity that helps to increase the heart rate from it's normal resting levels. It's importance is used for preserving mental and physical and health. With a straightward engagement in exercise of any kind every day which is important for preventing different diseases and health issues.

Sport is also a form of physical activity through which organized participation, aim at improving mental well-being and physical fitness, and then obtaining results in competition at all grades.

Difference Between The Excercise And Sport:
In paragraph, i will differentiate between excercise and sport;
Exercise and sport both have this target of physical activity improvement, but then they have a slight difference in approach and purpose. Therefore, exercise draws attention on fitness, physical health, and well-being. Promoting activities like yoga, walking, weightlifting, jogging. There are primary objectives such as cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, and mental well-being to improve our daily living.

Meanwhile, sport bases on skill development, competition, and teamwork, which involves organized activities and games like basketball, soccer, tennis, and swimming. Sports often require specific rules, skills and strategies, with the outcomes measured by the wins, performance metrics and losses. Exercise prioritizes health benefits of individuals while sport combines of physical activity with social interaction and achievement.
