There is so much to our lives that sometimes we ourselves are not paying attention to and it looks like we did not understand how life works. We did not understand why we did some certain things, why we achieve some goals and why we were not able to achieve some goals. This life is based on principles and understanding. If we can actually understand how our lives are structured, it will go a long way to maximise the Fulfilment in life.
There is something that I have come to discover that determine how much we can achieve in this life whether we like it or not and that is HABIT. So many of times, many of us underate the power of habits unknown to us that habits shape us.
A good habit attract positivity to our lifes and a bad habit attracts negativity in our lives. There are times I will sit down and meditate on my life. Assuming I can just go back to the past and change some habit, my life will be very much better than where it is right now. Why? Because those bad habits then influence me to make bad decisions that affect my life negatively.
When I am talking about habits, I mean every habits that summed up our behaviours. Examples like waking up early, what we do when eating and many more. If we can understand how habits are formed, it will go a long way to actually enhance our productivity whether we like it or not. The earlier we understand this, the better it will be for us.
Let me quickly answer this question many people asked about Habits and that is "How is habits formed". The first thing we need to understand is habits are psychological based. Habits are formed based on repetitive acts. What I mean is, when we continually do a particular thing over and over again, it becomes a habit in us. In fact, research has made us understand that it takes just 21 days for you to form new habits whether a good one or a bad one.
Back to the topic, Habits and Productivity have a great connection together. In fact, the level of productivity you will achieve is based on the type of habits you have. There are some habits you will have which will enhance productivity in our lives and there are some habits that you will have which will limit the level of productivity in your life.
There are actually some bad habits you need to avoid if you actually want to get maximum productivity. Bad habits like procastination, like the constant use of social media and sleep. These things will help limit productivity because it will not allow you to do some things that you should actually do and you will end up not doing them. It is very deadly.
At the end of the day, I believe strongly that we should always pay attention to our habits most especially the negative ones. We should find a way of letting them go and make sure we develop positive and good habits in our lives that will enhance productivity in our lives. It is very necessary.
