Greetings, I hope everyone here in this community is doing well by the grace of Allah Almighty. Today I am here to share a dessert which is called Gajar ka Halwa or Gajreela or Carrot Pudding. It is made up by Shredded Carrots which are then put on high flame and cook for around 20-25 minutes.

Then milk is added as required and on high flame we stir it for 3-4 hours. Stirring is not for all 3-4 hours but after 5-10 minutes of interval. After 4 hours, the milk will turn to Curd which will enhance the taste of carrot pudding. Then we stir it more for 1 hour and Carrot pudding is ready. We can serve it with curd decoration on top or with dry fruits.
