Since finishing high school, my friends and I have gone our separate ways—some moved to bigger cities for university, while others started working due to financial difficulties at home. Tak Province is a small border province without universities, so moving away was the norm for most of us. Over the years, we’ve rarely had the chance to reunite, and each meeting feels like a special occasion. 💖✨

During my recent visit to my sister in Phop Phra, I had the chance to reconnect with one of my closest friends, who still lives here. We decided to meet up on her day off to catch up over drinks and conversation. She suggested a newly opened café nearby called "91 Bunker Coffee & Kitchen", and I couldn’t wait to check it out! ☕🌿

I picked up my friend from her house, and it didn’t take us long to reach the café since it was quite close by. At the entrance, we were greeted by a striking large stone sculpture of a face, with a small cascading waterfall behind it. The gentle sound of the water added a refreshing ambiance to the café, setting the tone for a relaxing visit. 🌿✨

After parking the car, we walked along a charming brick pathway that led to the café. The path was shaded by towering lychee trees, almost a century old, creating a cool and serene atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis, surrounded by nature. 🌳🍃

"91 Bunker Coffee & Kitchen" offers both outdoor seating and a beautifully decorated air-conditioned room. With the midday heat outside, my friend and I opted for the cool comfort of the indoor space. We ordered some freshly baked pastries and refreshing drinks, then chose a cozy corner table for a quiet and private chat. The ambiance was perfect for catching up and relaxing. ☕🍰

We each ordered a drink and shared a single piece of pastry, as neither of us was feeling particularly hungry. What we truly wanted was to enjoy a beautiful spot with the perfect atmosphere for a long chat. The peaceful vibe and the charming décor made it an ideal setting for our conversation. ☕🍰

After finishing the pastry, we decided to move outdoors to sit beneath the ancient lychee tree. The shade provided a perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. The weather was surprisingly pleasant, with a gentle breeze blowing, keeping us comfortable as we admired the serene atmosphere. 🌳✨

We spent hours reminiscing about the past—our childhood memories, school days, and the friends we shared those moments with. Some of our friends stayed in our hometown after graduation, while others moved to different places for work or opportunities. I, too, have been living in Phuket for over 10 years now. Talking about the past brought so much joy and laughter, as if time had momentarily stood still.

Eventually, it was time to part ways. I drove my friend back home, and we made plans to meet again soon whenever we’re both free. 😊✨
