Hamare purwaj mitti ke bartan ka upyog kiya karte thy per, jamana badta gaya aur naye jamane ke saath naye naye badlaao hote gaye. Hone wale badlao acche aur bure do bhi prakaar ke thy. Kuch badlao hamare hit ke thy aur koi ahit. Kehte haina sikke ke do pahelu hote hai usi prakaar............

Ham pahele mitti ke bartan ka upyog karte thy, waqt ke saath aluminium, steel, nonstick najane aur kya kya bartan ban rahe hai. Bajaar me hame kai tarah ke bartan uplabdh hai. Per kai baar sunne me aata hai ke nonstick bartan me khana na banaye ya aluminum bartan me khana na banaya.
Aur uska hampar hone wala prabhav bhi spasht kiya jata hai.
Per aaj ke jamane me ham madhyamvargiya loog mitti ke bartan me khana banane ke liye upyog nhi kar sakte kyuki bhai mitti ke bartan pakane me gas shayad 15 din me hi khatm ho jayegi.

Per maine soncha ke khana nhi sahi dahi to bana hi sakte hai. Maine dahi jamaya aur uska maja bhi bahot accha tha. Aap sab bhi try kariye mitti ke bartan wala dahi.
