Chicken Feet Adobo

in blurchef •  last month

Hello, Blurtters!

This is not the typical dish you will see on your dining table, but it is one of my family's favorites: chicken feet adobo.

In our country, the Philippines, almost all parts of the chicken can be cooked into a delicious dish. For the chicken feet, we needed the help of a pressure cooker to make them super tender. It took only less than an hour for them to soften and the entire cooking time.

Here in our place, you can buy them for 100 pesos a kilo. The video below shows how we cook it in our home. The ingredients are simple. Soy sauce and some spices.

Have you tried eating this kind of food? Chicken feet is also one of the popular street foods here. There are other ways of cooking them. Adobo is just one.

If you think this recipe is interesting or you might want to try it, leave me a comment. I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you for reaching this far and taking the time to read and watch.

Until next time!

xoxo,
Met
