Aaj mai aapse kuch alag cheej share kar rahi hu wo hai makhan banane ki widhi.Makhan ko angreji me kehate hain Butter.

Aap logon ne kabhi maska paav to jarur khaya hoga. Bahot hi majedaar hota hai. Usme jo maska hota hai woh yahi makhan/ butter hota hai. Iske her pradesh me alag alag naam hote hain. Per sabka aertha ek hi hai.

Sonchiye ye makhan ham agar ghar per banale to ham maska paav ghar per hi bana sakte hai aur uska aanand chai ke saath loot sakte hai.

Chaliye chalte hai hamare mudde ki oar.

Hame sarva pratham doodh ki malai jama karni hogi. Udhaharan ki tour per ham rojana agar ek liter doodh lete hon to us hisab se hame pandrah din ki malai ekatthi karni hogai. Us malai ko freez me rakh den.

Malai ekatthi hojane per malai ko ek steel ke patile me daalkar neemgaram karna padega. Phir usme ek badachammach bhar kar dahi milana hoga. Dahi ko malai me acchese milane ke baad dhak kar poori raat ke liye rakh den.

Agle din us malai ka dahi jam jayega.
Ek bade patile me us dahi ko daalkar handblender ki madat se phent le. Thodi der baad usme 1ya ded glass thanda paani mila le. Paani daalkar phirse blendar ki sahayata se ghumale. Jiske paas agar blendar na ho woh yeh saari prakriya mixer ki sahayata se kar sakte hai.

Ab aakhri padav hame paani se makhan upar aata najar aayega aur neeche chaanch dikhne lage gi. Tab hame saara makhan nikaal lena padega aur chaanch alag karni padegi. Nikalahua makhan ek pateele me rakh le.

Bas ban gaya makhan. Thoda is prakriya me samay jyada lagta hai per hame hamara gharelu makhan mil jayega.
