Cassava can be processed to get alot if things like garri there are processes you will need to pass through before your garri will be ready first of them which is harvesting were you go the farm to get the raw cassava the next step is to Peel you will have to Peel out the rough skin of the cassava to get a neat and hygienic consumption the next is to grind you will have grind it to a soft and pasty form so it can be pressed to dry after that you will have to shifter the dirt off with a big giant filter then you can place a big pot to dry it off we call this process the frying process and here comes your garri meal ready for consumption.
