Today morning I got this prompt on my photos from the Google picture gallery, saying you can free up your space and I thought that it's going to resize the extra large size pictures, without checking and thinking much I hit on it and now I see my gallery fully deleted and all my pictures are gone :-(
I am feeling so crappy and angry with my own-self. Till last 7 to 8 months I had copied all the pictures on my laptop, but the last 8 months were not done.
In the last few months there were some important celebrations like my 50th birthday, anniversary and other celebrations and now all those pictures are gone. I am trying to find out if they are stored somewhere, and I managed to find a few but now all of them. Now the hassle is to restore them all back again in to the gallery, which is going to take a lot of time. Almost 3000+ pictures are gone. Phewwww. Thankfully the common pictures I can get from hubby and son as we always share all the pictures with each other. But some of my solo ones I may not be able to retrieve them.
I am so annoyed with myself to be so hasty and not taking a moment to check properly what that free up space exactly means. The next few days slowly gradually I will have to work on restoring as many pictures as I can from different sources. Pictures are a wonderful memory of life and I would not like to lose them completely.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
