I've been doing this for a while now, but I try to schedule the post in WordPress or Blogger a week in advance so that they don't overlap on the same date when GSC or Bing index the content.
Blurt publisher works by uploading your entries with the frequency set in the settings from the oldest to the newest one at a time. So if you have, for example, published a number of entries and you want there to be a delay and, for example, you post one article a week on your wp blog, then, when you continue publishing once a week and then it will always upload the previous one with a one-week delay. If, for example, you have 20 entries to publish from the oldest, then even if you don't publish one week, you still have some freedom. You can also mark articles as alredy published by one click in wordpress Blurt Publisher settings and then unmark it again when you ready to publish it and script will publish it in the next session.
By the way, to be sure, you can force indexing in the Google Search Console immediately after publication, there are both SEO plugins for WP via Google API, and you can do it manually.
