Contabo's Support Response is a Week

Not the first time that I 've heard back from Contabo after I submited a Ticket. Their support response timeframe is 7 days.

So, what do we learn?

Contabo may not be suitable for production-and-critical-services. If you are using it to prototype or demo, probably it is ok, since their price is cheaper, but of course you pay for other stuffs e.g. my servers were down 2+ times per year, with each time a couple of hours.

You can choose other better service providers
