Officially, today, the Hacktoberfest 2023 has started. And the task is to have 4 PRs merged in this month. You need to submit PRs to those repos which are labeled "hacktoberfest", or if your PR is labelled with "hacktoberfest-accepted".

There is a 7-day cooling/approving period.
For the last few years, I have been participating the Hacktoberfest event, which is held every October, sponsored/held/organized by Github, Digital Ocean and etc.
This year, it is about time. All you need to do to earn free SWAG (T-shirts, stickers etc), is to have 4-5 PRs merged!
