POETRY: We are meant for each other

The moon shines in all its splendor
lighting up everything around me,
I watch you go down the stairs
and everything happens in slow motion.
You are as beautiful as always,
It is impossible to turn away and not see you,
I can't believe how lucky I am
for having developed so much attachment.
I greet you with a kiss on the lips
all my aftertaste disappearing,
The evening couldn't have started better.
everything looks an excellent color.
The stars decorate the sky
and your hair dances with the wind,
your eyes shine with the light of the candles
while you tell me about your watercolors.
The hours passed very quickly,
We couldn't create a better environment.
and when they removed all the dishes
I got my surprise right away.
You had a confused expression,
you thought it would just be a meal,
but you never imagined
that our life together was going to begin.
You said I accept without hesitation
and immediately I swore an oath to you,
I will be faithful to you until my last breath
and you will never have a single suffering.
