Number two, don't date a lady with big nash and big breasts who has nothing to offer apart from nash. Don't date any lady who is empty upstairs. It is a financial mistake. A lady who has nothing to offer is a financial mistake.
Number three, don't spend too much of your time at the gym building six packs. Invest most of your time building financial stability.
Number four, don't associate yourself with people who have no ambitions in life.
If you connect yourself with people who have no ambitions in life, you think like them, you talk like them, you behave like that you do everything like them and you become poor.
